Returns

It is important to BrollyBucket that our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience and we work hard to ensure that you are completely satisfied with any items purchased through our website.

You have a period of 14 days in which you are able to return an item for any reason.

Any packaging used to return items must ensure careful and protective transit of the good(s) as we are not responsible for nor will we refund any damage occurring during postage back to us. Always ask for proof of posting as claims can be made against the post office for loss or damage.

If you are less than happy and do wish to return an item for a full refund please contact us (by email at info@brollybucket.co.uk or by phoning 01360 550307) within 7 days of delivery of your item. Where possible the item(s) should be returned in the original packaging. They should not have been used nor have any tags or labels removed. You should enclose you order/invoice number in your package. Postage will not be refunded.

Should you wish to return items after the 7 day period has passed, please contact us (details above). If your returned items are accepted you will be given a replacement/credit/refund where applicable.

Faulty Goods

BrollyBucket check all item before they are dispatched to the customer. However, we will replace, or if out of stock, refund goods discovered to be faulty. Please notify BrollyBucket within 7 days of delivery, of the items that you wish to return. Please re-pack the goods carefully to prevent further damage, in their original packaging, with your receipt/invoice. For goods returned within 14 days we refund return postage up to the cost of First Class Mail. For goods returned outwith 14 days, return postage will not be refunded.

Please note: BrollyBucket accepts no responsibility or liability for wind damage. This is a natural occurrence and damaged caused by the wind does not necessarily indicate a manufacturing fault.

Also, the nature of our business is such that if the sun shone on your sepcial day we are delighted for you but we cannot refund the umbrellas you bought but did not use. Sorry!

We can only ever replace/refund/exchange on goods that are accompanied by a receipt/invoice.
