Delivery & Collection

The cost for our Delivery and Collection Service is £22.50, no matter how many brollies or blankets you hire!

We deliver Nationwide and cover the whole of the UK mainland!

For Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Islands, please get in touch as costs may vary. 

Delivery of your Hired Brollies

We aim to deliver your Hired Brollies 3 working days before your event.

For example, if you are using your umbrellas for a Saturday wedding, we will schedule you brollies to arrive at your designated address on Wednesday before.

Your hire will be delivered by DPD and a signature will be required on delivery.

We will add your mobile number and/or email to the DPD shipment which will allow you to control your delivery in the DPD system. You can then request the DPD driver to leave your items in a 'safe place', arrange for them to be 'delivered the next day' or to 'collect from a pick up point'

If you supply a named contact, hotels are usually quite happy to take delivery of your brollies.

We ask you for your event start date during the checkout process on the site to allow us to calculate when we should deliver.

Collecting Your Hired Brollies

Collection is usually 2 working days after your event and is collected by courier, usually DPD. Your hired items could be collected from you at any time on the assigned collection day, but DPD will inform you by text and/or email of a collection time window on the morning of collection. 

If you are not home and feel it safe to do so, you can leave the parcels out for DPD to collect. Simply add a 'DPD please collect these (insert number) parcels' note to the boxes. This gives the driver permission to remove these parcels from your property if you are unavailable.

We can arrange collection any week day, Monday to Friday (exc. Bank Holidays) and are happy to collect on a day that suit you, no extra fee will apply for requesting Thursday rather than Tuesday for example. 

Your umbrellas, stands and blankets are delivered in substantial packaging, which should be used to return the brollies and stands. All boxes must be sealed with tape. 

The DPD courier will bring the labels required to return the brollies to us.

All you need to do is re seal the box carefully with tape and please ensure the box is not left open at the ends.

Clients often ask us...

Do delivery and collection have to be to and from the same address?

No, not at all! We can deliver to one address and collect from another! All you need to plan for is repacking the items for collection and making sure the packaging boxes are at the collection point along with the items (and not left at home in the garage or in a cupboard at the venue!)
