During these hard and troubling times we are doing our very best to work safely and in accordance to all advice given. We are a small team and have managed to work safely during this crisis. We have been working with our existing clients to reschedule hires and plan ahead for their future events.

At the moment, we are unable to accept any new hires for the months of June and July 2020. We are happy to accept hires for the 1st August 2020 onwards. 

We can only supply items to clients planning to use the goods at permitted events, held at a registered UK address (no parks or recreation facilities etc) and who will use the items in a socially responsible way in accordance with the Gov.UK and Gov.Scot COVID-19 advice and guidance.

Our umbrella stock especially the handles are sanitised before and after each hire. Our blankets are all still professionally laundered between hires to ensure cleanliness. Cleanliness is very important to us and has always been a priority of ours.

We are in the workshop on a limited basis during this time. We appreciate you bearing with us regarding any delays in getting back to you, we are juggling young families and work just like everyone else just now.

 


 

WILL OUR DELIVERY & COLLECTION SERVICES BE AFFECTED?

We’ve adjusted our dispatch schedule for existing orders and are currently allowing a longer window for orders to be delivered. This means we are currently unable to fulfil last minute orders.

For collections, we anticipate things to operate as usual as our couriers DPD have been very reassuring. We ask that all boxes are fully sealed and all goods packaged fully before the couriers call to collect as any loose, open boxes will be refused.

As a new measure, a roll of packaging tape will be included with your hired items to ensure boxes are able to be fully sealed as this is so important.

 


 

CAN I POSTPONE MY ORDER?

Yes of course, we fully understand and will do our very best to reschedule your hire to your new date, stock allowing. If we are unable to fulfil your order on your rescheduled date due to stock availabilty we will offer you a full refund.

 


 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, our usual cancellation policy applies and orders can be cancelled up to 14 working days before your event date. Full details can be found here.
